If you have items that you would like to find a new home for, or see them go to someone who will love and cherish them as you have, then you may want to consider bringing your items to sell or consign with us.
How It Works:
PLEASE call for an appointment 201 226 0054. We will try to review your items while you wait, but in some situations research may be needed, and we may ask you to leave them overnight for item evaluation.
If you are not in the area to set up an appointment in person, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a few pictures of what you are looking to sell or consign.
All consigned items are researched for selling value at competitive pricing, and priced at the consignor's discretion. A price list will be available upon request for items over $100.00
Now for the best part: when your items sell you receive 50% of the selling price! Items priced at $500+ 60% $1,000+ 70%.
Consigned items remain on the selling floor for 60-90 days in 3 month intervals depending on the season dropped off.
Discounts for store events, seasonal sales and promotions, will be split between the consignor and consignee.
Consignors are responsible for picking up unsold items within 10 days of being notified. If items haven't been picked up in 2 weeks time of notice, they will become the property of Suburban Revival.
We do our best to protect all of our items with surveillance cameras and our staff. However all items left at the store are at your own risk. Suburban Revival is not responsible for any loss or damage to items including damage caused by theft, fire, natural disaster, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Checks over $25 for sold items will be available within the first week of the previous selling month. Under $25.00 will transfer to the following month. You will receive an email notifying you to pick up. Checks that are mailed because of illness or location, will again be at your own risk and to be taken up with the USPS if lost os stolen. Suburban Revival is not responsible for lost checks or uncashed checks.
We consign women’s clothing, handbags, jewelry and accessories that are valued at $100 or more. Better labels and Designer will be considered for consignment.
Vintage Designer and again Valuable Vintage Pieces, will be considered for consignment.
Items must be in VERY GOOD (light wear), excellent (NEW without tags) or PRISTINE (new with tags) condition.
We may consider buying outright women's clothing, handbags, jewelry and accessories that are of less value. Example, items that may be found at a "thrift store" aka Goodwill, Salvation Army etc... We are not a thrift store but a Curated Vintage and Better Contemporary Boutique.
Vintage: is considered anywhere from the 1920s --- 1990s (before 1920 “Antiques” are welcomed)
Contemporary: 2000 to Today
Brands we'll consider include but not limited to:
Anthropologie, Free People, Zara, Coach, DVF, Trina Turk, Dooney and Bourke,
Rag & Bone, Madewell, Tory Burch, etc...
Authentic Designer labels such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Fendi, Gucci, Dior,
Prada, Burberry, Hermes, Versace, Valentino, Bottega, Escada, Max Mara, Celine etc.... If Vintage even better!!
A small example of brands we cannot accept on consignment:
Old Navy, Ann Taylor Loft, Gap, Express, H&M, Target, Khols etc....
These are lovely brands, but they do not have a great resale value for our shop.
